By accessing the website or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms.


1. Service Description

AIReview provides independent technical reviews of artificial intelligence systems, machine learning architectures, experiments, and vendor proposals.

The service is designed to help organizations evaluate technical approaches before committing engineering time, budget, or vendor contracts.

The service provides technical advisory input only.


2. Scope of the Service

AIReview may provide:

  • Review of AI architecture proposals
  • Evaluation of machine learning system designs
  • Review of vendor AI solutions or proposals
  • Experiment design and evaluation strategies
  • Technical assessment of AI features prior to launch

The service does not include:

  • Implementation of software or machine learning systems
  • Debugging or development work
  • Operational support
  • Production system management

All advice represents independent professional judgment.


3. Independent Advice

AIReview operates independently.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any current or former employer of the service provider.

No confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, or third party will be disclosed or used while providing the service.

All advice reflects independent professional judgment.


4. No Guarantees

Recommendations provided through the service are based on professional experience and technical judgment.

AIReview does not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, financial benefits, or successful technical implementation.

All decisions based on recommendations remain the responsibility of the customer.


5. Independent Decision Making

AIReview provides advisory recommendations only.

Customers remain solely responsible for evaluating, implementing, and operating any technical decisions based on the advice provided.

Customers should independently assess whether recommendations are appropriate for their systems, infrastructure, and business requirements.

AIReview shall not be responsible for operational outcomes, system failures, technical issues, or business impacts resulting from the implementation of recommendations.


6. Subscription and Billing

AIReview operates as a subscription-based service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing for the subscription amount displayed at checkout.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund charges already incurred for the current billing period.


7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

AIReview does not store credit card or payment information.

Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, may be added during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing information is accurate and up to date.


8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of advisory services, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

If a billing error occurs, customers must contact hello@aireview.me within 14 days of the charge.

Verified billing errors may be corrected at the discretion of AIReview.


9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact AIReview before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their payment provider.

Initiating chargebacks for services already delivered may result in suspension or termination of service.

AIReview reserves the right to provide documentation demonstrating service delivery in response to payment disputes.


10. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, analysis, and recommendations provided through the service remain the intellectual property of AIReview unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may use the recommendations internally within their organization.

The content may not be resold, redistributed, or publicly reproduced without written permission.


11. Confidentiality

AIReview will treat non-public information shared by customers as confidential.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share any documents, materials, or technical information submitted for review.

AIReview is not responsible for verifying ownership or rights associated with submitted materials.


12. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Materials

Customers agree not to submit materials that:

  • violate intellectual property rights
  • contain unlawful content
  • disclose confidential information they are not authorized to share

AIReview assumes that all submitted materials are legally shareable by the customer.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIReview shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of profits
  • loss of business opportunities
  • business interruption
  • decisions made based on advisory recommendations

AIReview provides independent technical opinions only.


14. Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AIReview arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the customer during the most recent billing period.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.


15. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to submit materials that violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

AIReview reserves the right to refuse service if requests fall outside the scope of the service or violate these Terms.


16. Termination

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

AIReview reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.


17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute related to the service, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication.


18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union and the country of residence of the service provider.


19. Changes to the Terms

AIReview may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.

Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
